Supporting the transition

Stepping into a brand new role as a parent, and being responsible for nourishing and nurturing your new, tiny baby, is often very overwhelming. The postpartum period is full of emotional moments, but it is also such a sacred and exciting time for your family.

Tailored Support for Every Family

I am here to provide emotional and educational support during this postpartum period, to help settle you into your new life. The ways in which I can support you are extensive- whether it’s help with getting baby into a sleeping and feeding routine, breastfeeding support, sleep training, advice for new parents, setting up a nursery, overnight support… The list goes on!! I support every client differently as it’s completely tailored to your needs and wants.

A Little About Me

I am currently studying to be a Birth and Postpartum Doula, through the Doula Training Academy.

I was born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand, and relocated to London, UK after spending a year in Sydney, Australia. I love the sunshine, beach and travelling, and spending time with friends, family, my dog and eating good food!
